Privacy Policy

🔒

We believe in plain language. This policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, and how we protect it — in plain English, not legal jargon.

1. Who We Are

ElevenWritt ("we," "us," "our") is a content transformation platform that helps you adapt raw content for multiple social media and publishing platforms. This Privacy Policy governs your use of our website and services at elevenwritt.com.

If you have any questions about this policy or how we handle your data, please contact us at privacy@elevenwritt.com.

2. Information We Collect

We collect information in two ways: information you provide directly, and information we collect automatically.

Information you provide: your name and email on signup; content you submit for transformation; custom instructions or brand voice guidelines you save; billing details via our payment processor (we never store card numbers); and support messages.

Information collected automatically: browser type, OS, and device; IP address and approximate location; pages visited and time spent; referring URLs; and feature usage patterns.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to: provide and improve ElevenWritt; process credit purchases and manage your account; send transactional emails; respond to support requests; detect and prevent fraud; understand usage patterns; and send product updates (opt-out anytime).

We do not sell your data. We do not use your content to train AI models.

4. Content You Submit

When you submit raw content, it is processed in real-time to generate your outputs. Generation history is stored on our servers to power the history feature. You can delete it anytime from your account settings.

We do not use your submitted content to train, fine-tune, or improve any AI models. Your creative work stays yours.

5. Data Sharing

We share your data only with: trusted service providers (hosting, payments, email, analytics) — contractually bound to protect your data; legal authorities when required by law; and in business transfers (we will notify you). We never sell your personal data to third parties.

6. Cookies and Tracking

We use cookies for authentication (essential), analytics (privacy-respecting, no cross-site tracking), and preferences. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though disabling essential cookies will affect service functionality.

7. Data Retention

We retain your account data as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete your personal data within 30 days (except where legally required). Generation history can be deleted anytime from your settings.

8. Security

We use industry-standard measures: TLS/HTTPS encryption in transit, encryption at rest, access controls, and regular security reviews. No system is perfectly secure, but we work hard to protect yours.

9. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to: access your personal data; correct inaccurate data; delete your data ("right to be forgotten"); export your data; object to processing; and withdraw marketing consent at any time.

To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@elevenwritt.com. We respond within 30 days.

10. Children's Privacy

ElevenWritt is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or by displaying a notice on our platform. Continued use of ElevenWritt after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.

12. Contact Us
