1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you") and ElevenWritt ("Company," "we," "us") governing your access to and use of the ElevenWritt platform, website, and related services.

By creating an account or using the Service, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age, have read and understood these Terms, and agree to be bound by them. If using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

2. Description of Service

ElevenWritt is an AI-powered content repurposing platform that transforms your raw content into platform-optimised posts for 14 supported platforms: Twitter/X, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Threads, TikTok, YouTube, YouTube Shorts, Medium, Substack, Reddit, Pinterest, Discord, and Telegram.

You provide your content and transformation instructions, select a target platform, and ElevenWritt generates a tailored version of your content suited to that platform's style, format, and audience. Each generation is a single, discrete action — one credit per platform per generation.

The Service operates on a credit-based model. Credits are purchased in one-time bundles and consumed at the rate of one credit per content generation. Free accounts receive 5 credits upon signup, valid for 14 days.

3. Account Registration

To use most features of ElevenWritt, you must create an account. You agree to: provide accurate, complete, and current registration information; maintain and promptly update your account information; keep your password secure and confidential; notify us immediately of any unauthorized access; and accept responsibility for all activity under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe pose a risk to the security of our platform.

4. Credits, Plans & Refund Policy

ElevenWritt offers four plans: Free (5 credits, 14-day expiry), Starter ($14.99 for 60 credits), Pro ($34.99 for 200 credits), and Max ($79.99 for 600 credits). Each plan includes access to all 14 supported platforms. Higher plans unlock additional features including unlimited history, saved instructions, regeneration without credit cost, and bulk generation across multiple platforms simultaneously.

One credit equals one content generation on one platform. Credits are deducted at the time of generation. Paid plan credits do not expire. Free plan credits expire 14 days after account creation.

All credit purchases are final and non-refundable. ElevenWritt provides 5 free credits to every new user upon signup expressly so that you can evaluate the quality and suitability of the Service before making any purchase. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have had the opportunity to test the Service using your free credits and that you accept these Terms including this no-refund policy.

In the rare event of a technical failure that results in a credit being deducted without a successful generation, please contact support@elevenwritt.com within 7 days and we will review and restore the credit at our discretion.

5. Plan Features & Eligibility

Certain features are available only to users on qualifying plans. Saved instructions and unlimited generation history are available on Starter and above. Regeneration without spending a credit and custom instructions memory are available on Pro and above. Bulk generation — the ability to generate content for multiple platforms simultaneously in a single action — is available exclusively on the Max plan.

Plan features are tied to the active plan on your account at the time of use. Purchasing a higher plan upgrades your feature access immediately. Downgrading or running out of credits does not affect previously saved instructions or history.

6. Acceptable Use

You may use ElevenWritt only for lawful purposes. You agree not to use the Service to: generate content that is defamatory, harassing, hateful, discriminatory, or abusive; create spam or deceptive content; produce content that infringes on intellectual property rights; generate deliberately false content intended to deceive; create content that promotes violence or illegal activity; circumvent platform detection systems to post spam at scale; or resell access to the Service without our written consent.

We reserve the right to remove content and suspend accounts that violate these guidelines, at our sole discretion, with or without notice.

7. Your Content & Intellectual Property

You retain full ownership of the raw content you submit and the transformed outputs we generate for you. We claim no intellectual property rights over your content or your generated outputs.

By submitting content, you grant ElevenWritt a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process that content solely for the purpose of delivering the Service to you.

We do not use your submitted content or generated outputs to train, fine-tune, or improve any AI models. Your content and your creative work remain entirely yours.

8. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

You acknowledge that: AI-generated content may not always be accurate, complete, or appropriate for your specific needs; you are responsible for reviewing all generated content before publishing it anywhere; we do not guarantee that generated content will achieve any particular reach, engagement, or result; platform policies and content guidelines change frequently, and we cannot guarantee permanent compliance with every platform's current terms; and the quality of output depends significantly on the quality and clarity of your input content and instructions.

You assume full responsibility for how you use, edit, and publish content generated by ElevenWritt.

9. Generation History

ElevenWritt saves your generation history to allow you to review, reuse, and reference past outputs. Free plan users have access to their last 10 generations. Starter, Pro, and Max plan users have unlimited history.

You can delete individual history items or clear your entire history at any time from your workspace. Upon account deletion, all history is permanently removed within 30 days.

10. Privacy

Your use of ElevenWritt is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service, you consent to the data practices described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ELEVENWRITT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Our total liability to you for any claims shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

13. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion option in your settings. Upon termination, your access ends immediately and any unused paid credits are forfeited without refund.

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms or if we believe your use poses a risk to the Service or other users.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform at least 14 days before changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If that fails, disputes may be resolved through binding arbitration.
